We’re excited to announce that we’re planning a big Youth Opportunities event in collaboration with the Diverse Artists Network. As part of this, we’re offering 4 young people the opportunity to attend a free events training programme and gain work experience.
This free training programme will introduce you to the essentials of effective event management. It will cover the practicalities of managing an event; how to plan, the best ways to promote events, how to ensure everything goes smoothly and that you create inclusive, welcoming and engaging events.
This course is highly practical, using a real event as a platform to give you the chance to see the realities of organising an arts event. There will be group workshops, one-to-one support and discussions about how events are developing into immersive experiences.
